Marco Rubio just silenced a key tool that exposed war crimes and abuses by U.S.-armed foreign forces.

The Human Rights Reporting Gateway allowed whistleblowers and watchdogs could report torture, rape, and executions committed by foreign troops using American weapons. Marco Rubio’s State Department just deleted it.

That means there’s now no publicly accessible tool like it to flag atrocities by U.S.-backed forces in places like Colombia and the West Bank — even when American weapons are being used against civilians. We can’t let that stand.
