Tell JD Vance: Stop Lying About Tim Walz's Military Service

Donald Trump and JD Vance are terrified. That's because Kamala Harris and Tim Walz are surging in the polls and drawing massive and enthusiastic crowds in swing state after swing state.

Now, they're lashing out by smearing Tim Walz and lying about his military service. 

It's a pathetic attempt to "Swift Boat" Governor Walz and trick voters about his background – and we're not going to let them get away with it.

Here's what JD Vance said about Governor Walz on Wednesday: "When Tim Walz was asked by his country to go to Iraq, you know what he did? He dropped out of the Army and allowed his unit to go without him."

That's a lie. Governor Walz had left the military to run for congress months before anyone knew that his former unit would be deployed.

Even the conservative Wall Street Journal is pushing back on Vance's attempted smear, writing in an editorial that "the charges leveled so far about his military service look like thin gruel."
