Big Oil has made billions while fueling the climate crisis. Now, Republicans, like Ted Cruz, want to give them a get out of jail free card. 

They've introduced legislation in Congress that would block communities from suing oil and gas companies from their climate related damage. 

Communities across the country are already facing extreme heat, stronger storms, rising seas, wildfires, floods, and polluted air. They deserve the right to take Big Oil to court and demand accountability for the damage these companies helped cause.
