Tell Congress: Investigate Trump’s Anti-Vax Chief

America’s vaccine oversight is being hijacked — and families are already paying the price.

President Trump’s FDA vaccine chief, Vinay Prasad, is pushing anti-vaccine rhetoric from inside the agency that’s supposed to protect us. While COVID, flu, and RSV are surging, Prasad is slowing routine approvals, spreading misinformation, and sidelining the scientists who keep our communities safe.

Former FDA officials warn that Prasad’s claims are “unsupported by evidence” and putting millions at risk. A small circle of ideological allies have seized control of vaccine decision-making behind closed doors and new rules are already slowing vaccine access — even as preventable deaths rise.

Pharmacies are already turning people away. Families can’t find updated shots. And confusing, politically driven guidance is replacing science. 

The FDA cannot be allowed to operate as an anti-vaccine echo chamber — not when the nation depends on it to approve, monitor, and deliver lifesaving vaccines.

Congressional oversight is critical to ensure that American families are kept safe and that the FDA is led by officials who actually follow the science.
