Donald Trump just handed Big Pharma an $8.8 billion payday — while millions of Americans still can’t afford their prescriptions. 

His so-called “Orphan Cures Act” gives drug companies massive tax breaks and monopoly power over medicines they already profit from — even billion-dollar blockbusters like Keytruda and Darzalex.
