Tell Companies: Stop Removing DEI Programs

Companies and Universities across the U.S. are caving to conservative pressure and quietly shutting down their Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs (DEI programs).

These programs focus on creating a just and equitable workplace for racial and ethnic minorities, the LGBTQ+ community, women, and others who have historically faced discrimination in the workplace.

After facing backlash from conservative groups, companies like Harley-Davidson, Google, Johnson & Johnson, Tractor Supply, and more have minimized or removed DEI programs.

We can’t allow right-wing attacks to take us backwards and reverse the progress corporate America has made in recent decades. Sign the petition to tell companies to stop removing DEI programs.

Many of these companies have faced online pressure from conservative activists like Robby Starbuck, who specializes in “exposing” DEI programs and company efforts to create a more equitable environment for employees.

And earlier this summer, JD Vance along with other senators introduced a bill to end all DEI programs in the federal government.

We need to urge companies to stand strong in the face of these attacks. Sign the petition today to tell companies to stop removing DEI programs.
