Sign If You Agree: No Child Should Go Hungry

Many families the Thanksgiving holiday enjoying meals with their family and loved ones.

But according to a heartbreaking new report from Hunger Free America, more than 27 million Americans frequently have to skip meals because they can't afford to buy enough food.

That figure includes 15.8% percent of all kids in the United States who live in food insecure households.

Add your name to the petition if you agree: No child in the United States should go hungry.

As the Hunger Free America report points out, hunger in the United States is a political choice that has been made by politicians.

In fact, the number of Americans missing meals is 40% higher than it was just a few years ago because Congress let the expanded Child Tax Credit and universal school meals programs expire.

“This report should be a jarring wake up call for our federal, state, and local leaders," said Joel Berg, CEO of Hunger Free America.

We agree. Sign the petition calling on Congress to take immediate action to address our child hunger crisis.
