Republicans are about to hand Big Oil a $1 billion tax break—while gutting clean energy and climate jobs. We can’t let them get away with it.

Buried in their latest tax bill is a massive fossil fuel loophole written to benefit oil and gas giants. It lets them write off even more drilling expenses—at the public’s expense. This single giveaway will cost taxpayers over $1 billion while supercharging pollution and corporate profits. 

And it’s no coincidence: the bill mirrors one pushed by Sen. James Lankford, who’s taken over $500,000 from the oil and gas industry.
