Crack Down on Election Worker Intimidation

Nevada's governor just signed a bill into law that threatens up to four years in prison for those who harass, intimidate or attack election workers in the state.

The move comes after roughly half the state's top election officials stepped down over the past two years, with many of them citing the threats of violence they faced as their reason for doing so.

Let's be clear: Attacking or intimidating those who are helping run our elections is an attack on democracy itself.

Sign the petition urging other states to follow Nevada's lead and enact harsh penalties for anyone who threatens, harasses, attacks or attempts to intimidate election workers.
