Big Corporations Must Make More Progress on Gender Equality

Gender inequality is nothing new. For generations women have been experiencing inequality in the workplace — but what are big corporations really doing about it? 

For years, women have fought to change workplace policies, but have gone unheard. Lower wages, no support with childcare, no paid time off for parental leave, and very few promotions are just the tip of the iceberg.

Now more than ever, we’re seeing more women in leadership roles, but new research from the World Economic Forum suggests that it might take another 131 years to mend the gap between women and their male colleagues. 

Women deserve the right to equality, in the workplace and everywhere else, and big corporations are the ones who can make the biggest difference.
